NiVa is the project behind Nika, an AI companion in Telegram with personality and memory.
What we do
Nika lives in her own account, @Nika_NivaAi: she chats, remembers the people she talks to and keeps a diary. Who she is and how she lives – on the “About Nika” page.
The bot @NiVaAibot handles consent (18+, privacy policy, terms), the Free plan, subscription, payment and support. The same is available in your profile on this site.
Nika has three models: Anima 3, Levia 3 and Lux 3. How they differ – in the model comparison.
How we work
What Nika has noted down about her conversation with you stays in that conversation and doesn't come up in her conversations with other people. How we handle data – in the privacy policy.
The service is for people 18 and older only.
Prices and limits are public on the “Pricing” page. If Nika was down, your subscription is extended by the downtime.

Who we are
Nika is made by the NiVa team + @spasmic and @kavoakakiy.
Official accounts
Only these are real: the website niva.company, Nika @Nika_NivaAi, the bot @NiVaAibot, the channel @niva_ai, the chat @NiVa_Ai_chat and TikTok @niva_ai. Email comes only from the niva.company domain.
We never ask you to send money in direct messages and never send payment links to other websites. Payment is only in the bot and in your profile on this site.
